Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle S2P Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Procurement, Payables, and related modules, and will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and configuring, Oracle S2P solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Oracle Cloud Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Payables, and related modules with an emphasis on Supply Chain Management.
- Provide input and support for ongoing enhancements, configuration, and optimization of Oracle S2P processes as it relates to quarterly release.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in both indirect and direct procurement and payables workflows.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
- Analyse and document business requirements related to the Source to Pay processes that have not yet been implemented.
- Conduct workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders as required.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test customizations, reports, and integrations.
- Conduct system and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, FSDs, test scripts, and training materials.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant with a focus on S2P.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement, Payables, and related modules.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Settle (S2S) business processes with focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations is required.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Procurement or Financials.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.
