Our core philosophy of "Attention. Always." communicates our belief in lavishing care and attention on our customers, employees and society. We strongly believe in the philosophy of giving back to society and working towards social upliftment in myriad ways.
Pearltri Foundation
We work with non-profits and skill development agencies to provide short-term and job-oriented vocational courses to unemployed/underemployed youth. We have trained more than 1000 youth predominantly in Sewing Machine Operation, General Duty assistants, Retail Sales/Customer Service, and Information Technology.
Pole Star
We work in partnership with non-profits, corporates, and other like-minded organizations, to take up volunteering activities on various social causes such as rural education, environment, healthcare, etc.
