Founded in 1996, Aspire Systems has been serving as a trusted technology partner for some of the world’s most innovative enterprises and independent software vendors (ISVs). As a global technology services firm, we enable our customers to leverage technology and outsourcing to improve operating effectiveness and deliver better business outcomes.
We are Aspire’s European Development Centre. With over 125 people in Gdansk, we are a team of talented specialists — software development engineers and testers, designers, business consultants and analysts and project managers bringing our expertise to elevate the Aspire experience.

We have flexible working hours at Aspire Systems. Depending on whether you are a night owl or an early bird, you can start work at your convenience. Since Aspire has offices across the globe, the time difference has to be taken into consideration, and your working hours can be determined after conversations with the team leader and the client.

FUN at ASPIRE
Aspire Systems believes in putting the health and well-being of our Aspirians before everything else. We also encourage our teams to spend adequate time pursuing sports activities of their choice by being a part of Aspire Power Club.
Aspire Systems believes in putting the health and well-being of our Aspirians before everything else. We also encourage our teams to spend adequate time pursuing sports activities of their choice by being a part of Aspire Power Club.
The Power Club arranges plenty of sports activities for you to stay in shape. From basketball and futsal to indoor games such as darts, foosball, Xbox, and massage chairs, Aspirians can use these opportunities to relax and recharge amidst their busy schedules.
Aspirians have training sessions once a week. If you are a devoted cyclist and would like to ride to work every morning, you can get your own locker and use it. We also have a very active runners’ team. They take part in training sessions with a professional coach and represent the company in city runs.
The Power Club also offers gym memberships across Poland that can be used by Aspirians. Apart from all of this, there are also various community programs in Aspire, which include hangout parties throughout the year.
We have regular Kitchen Meetings where we welcome new joinees, appreciate long-timers, and reward exceptional performers. We conduct Pizza Meetings to help our people network, engage, and learn from each other about ongoing projects, clients, and technologies, all while enjoying slices of pizza.
MIND SPA
We also have a program called Mind Spa where you can talk to a therapist for stress busting and addressing any mental health concerns.
LEARN at ASPIRE
Inclusive learning is one of the core values of Aspire. The well-stacked library, and encouragement to pursue industry-specific certificate programs are added advantages.
Aspirians can equip themselves with certificate courses and access to Udemy and Pluralsight. There are English classes with native speakers, a vibrant buddy program for trainees, and opportunities to attend external events and make use of education sponsorships. But it isn't all work and no play at Aspire.
Share Knowledge Meetings (SKMs) are yet another key forum for Aspirians in Poland to learn and share their knowledge with peers. We have SKMs every week when a few of our peers share their learning.
Aspire Poland offers you a remote working model, opportunities to travel for work, improved collaboration competencies, and training in technical and soft skills.

APPRECIATION & REWARDS
There are special awards in the offering throughout the year to recognise and reward the quality performers at Aspire. From a 'Role Star' award to people who punch above their weight, a 'Kudo' award to celebrate camaraderie among colleagues, and a 'League of Geeks' award to develop your geeky skills, Aspire believes in growing together.
The primary aim of League of Geeks is to develop an atmosphere where having fun and developing geeky skills go hand-in-hand.
The League of Geeks is broadly divided into five different categories –Knowledge Sharing, Cooperation, Creativity, Fitness, and Writing.
Through various tasks under each of these categories, you can gain points called 'geek experience points' (GXP).
