The aim of Salesforce Solution Architecture is to drive multi-cloud solutions that deliver high ROI for our valued customers.

Designing, planning, and delivering this business value requires specific and related knowledge across multiple Salesforce Clouds such as: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Revenue Cloud, Salesforce Field Service, Einstein Automation, Experience Cloud, Tableau CRM, and Mulesoft to accomplish four main outcomes that serve as the foundation for multi-cloud experiences:

  • Model customers through their businesses, subsidiaries and collective identities
  • Recognise customers as a single unified customer view (i.e., identify a single customer across all records)
  • Drive transactional data capabilities (sales, service, marketing, commerce) across a multi-cloud customer experience
  • Maintain transactional data consistency and cardinality across a multi-cloud customer experience while maintaining a unified customer view

Bluewave’s Solution Architects can provide guidance, as well as combine guidance from different enterprise architecture viewpoints to create solutions that generate strategic business value for our customers, including:

  • Business: guiding our customers on a multi-cloud solution journey emphasising differentiating customer experiences
  • Delivery: drive successful outcomes by advocating for multi-cloud implementation considerations and best practices based on use-case delivery knowledge which spans the Salesforce Customer 360 Vision and Platform
