Aspire Systems Wins Navigo Award 2025 for DevOps Most Innovative Project

Bangalore, India | April 11, 2025 – We are proud to announce that Aspire Systems’ DevOps team has won the Navigo Award 2025 in the category of “DevOps Most Innovative Project”. This award recognizes Aspire’s groundbreaking work in accelerating the delivery timelines, decreasing the deployment time, and improving system reliability for a manufacturing client.
The winning project utilized GitHub for source code management, employed Jenkins and Spinnaker for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), and adopted Terraform alongside Ansible to manage infrastructure as code (IaC). Kubernetes was used for container orchestration, while Istio provided service mesh capabilities for traffic management, observability, and fine-grained control.

Aspire’s DevOps experts implemented structured automation and intelligent observability to enhance collaboration, accelerate issue resolution, and boost release stability. Centralized incident tracking and automated workflows significantly improved visibility into open tickets, enabling faster response times and minimizing production downtime. By introducing structured runbooks and artifact tracking, the team ensured consistent, reliable deployments—raising customer confidence through predictable, high-quality releases. Code quality was strengthened by integrating SonarQube for early detection of security vulnerabilities and maintainability issues, fostering long-term codebase health.
A dual-pipeline deployment strategy reduced conflicts between hotfixes and feature releases, allowing critical patches to be deployed independently without disrupting ongoing development. Additionally, a reverse-merge process ensured that production hotfixes were synchronized across all lower environments, maintaining system integrity and avoiding regressions. These DevOps enhancements enabled cross-functional teams to scale delivery without compromising security or compliance.

Senthilraj Krishnan, Practice Head of DevOps at Aspire Systems, shared his thoughts on the achievement:
This prestigious recognition is a testament to the creativity, technical excellence, and dedication of our DevOps engineers. From ideation to execution, their commitment to pushing boundaries and delivering cutting-edge solutions has truly set us apart. It also reinforces our belief that DevOps is not just about speed—it’s about sustainable innovation, engineering culture, and measurable outcomes.”
The Navigo Awards are presented annually to honor innovation and excellence in IT transformation across DevOps, cloud, AI, and digital delivery. Aspire’s win highlights its commitment to continuous improvement, customer-centric delivery models, and forward-thinking engineering practices.
