There are special awards in the offering throughout the year to recognise and reward the quality performers at Aspire. From a 'Role Star' award to people who punch above their weight, a 'Kudo' award to celebrate camaraderie among colleagues, and a 'League of Geeks' award to develop your geeky skills, Aspire believes in growing together.
The primary aim of League of Geeks is to develop an atmosphere where having fun and developing geeky skills go hand-in-hand.
The League of Geeks is broadly divided into five different categories –Knowledge Sharing, Cooperation, Creativity, Fitness, and Writing.
Through various tasks under each of these categories, you can gain points called 'geek experience points' (GXP).
