Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working closely with our customers, industry experts, product managers, and engineers to understand the business processes at a detailed level.
- Participating in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touchpoints in multi-cloud Implementations.
- Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and team members.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business needs, gather requirements from stakeholders, and document them accurately.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and subject matter experts to design solutions that address business requirements and align with project goals.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing processes, identify pain points, and recommend effective solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
- Creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements
gathering sessions and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon. - Participating in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts.
- Documentation - BRS, SRS, FSD, Prototypes · Author user story, acceptance criteria, and user scenarios to describe product requirements for the engineering team.
- Have experience in planning/running workshops for requirement discovery, requirement elicitation and as-is state due diligence.
- Provide user training on new features and functionality.
- Work Closely with Product Owners or work as Product Owner if required.
