Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
- Actively participate in code reviews and possess a strong understanding of Design Patterns, Agile methodologies, and Metrics
- Provide technical direction with hands-on exposure to application architecture and solution design
- Troubleshoot complex issues and guide teams effectively in challenging situations
- Ensure teams continuously build strong knowledge of Product, Technology, Domain, and Customer
- Drive team development, mentoring, grooming, and supporting career growth
- Ensure compliance with organizational principles, practices, and processes
- Support Account Managers with inputs to enhance account mining and closures
- Participate in sales campaigns, webinars, recruitment initiatives, and knowledge-repository creation
- Meet assigned profitability, revenue, and cost management expectations (where applicable)
- Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company leadership
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings aligned with company standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Project Management
- Strong technical understanding with ability to engage in architecture and code-level discussions
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
