User Centred Design Approach (UI)
A user-centric design approach is crucial in ensuring that products and services meet the needs and expectations of end-users.
To achieve this, a ’design experience study’ and ‘design research’ is conducted to gather insights and inform the design process. This information is then used to create a mood board and design system that aligns with the business goals while providing an optimal user experience.
