Role Overview 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technology Delivery Leader with 15+ years of overall experience to own and drive end-to-end project delivery across multiple streams including Application Development, Integration, Testing, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Reporting. The role requires strong stakeholder management, governance oversight, and the ability to manage geographically distributed teams while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own end-to-end project delivery across streams covering Application Development, Integration, Testing, Data Analytics, and Reporting. 
  • Work closely with customers and technical architects to define roadmap and strategies aligned with business priorities. 
  • Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with the customer. 
  • Review and track progress against the plan and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues. 
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery timelines, and budget commitments. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and manage expectations to ensure smooth delivery. 
  • Conduct regular status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive updates. 
  • Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams across Development, Integration, Data Engineering, Analytics, and QA. 
  • Provide guidance, prioritization, and support to delivery teams, especially during deviations and escalations. 
  • Establish and enforce project governance, reporting standards, and documentation processes. 
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or Hybrid delivery methodologies. 
  • Oversee change management, scope control, and impact assessment. 
  • Support audit and compliance activities across streams by defining value metrics. 
  • Recommend process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency. 

Required Skills & Experience 

  • 15+ years of overall experience in Technology Delivery / Program Management. 
  • Strong experience managing large-scale, multi-stream technology programs. 
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams (offshore/onshore model). 
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. 
  • Hands-on experience in SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies. 
  • Strong risk management and governance experience. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Good to Have 

  • Experience in Data Engineering and Analytics-driven transformation programs. 
  • Exposure to automation initiatives and process optimization frameworks. 
  • Experience in handling compliance and audit requirements in enterprise environments. 
  • Exposure to AI and Generative AI tools in the market with the ability to identify opportunities to drive innovation and delivery optimization. 
  • PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification is an added advantage. 

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, trainic licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary range displays the minimum and maximum targets for this position across all US locations and has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, or variable bonus programs. Final compensation decisions will depend on the unique facts and circumstances of each candidate.
