Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
• Actively participate in code reviews and possess a strong understanding of Design Patterns, Agile methodologies, and Metrics
• Provide technical direction with hands-on exposure to application architecture and solution design
• Troubleshoot complex issues and guide teams effectively in challenging situations
• Ensure teams continuously build strong knowledge of Product, Technology, Domain, and Customer
• Drive team development, mentoring, grooming, and supporting career growth
• Ensure compliance with organizational principles, practices, and processes
• Support Account Managers with inputs to enhance account mining and closures
• Participate in sales campaigns, webinars, recruitment initiatives, and knowledge-repository creation
• Meet assigned profitability, revenue, and cost management expectations (where applicable)
• Achieve strategic customer objectives defined by company leadership
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings aligned with company standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Project Management
• Strong technical understanding with ability to engage in architecture and code-level discussions
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
