Responsibilities:
- Assess automation opportunity from a technical perspective and recommend RPA solutions
- Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery
- Assist with the design, build, rollout, and run support for the RPA solutions
- Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews/walkthroughs the architect on Robotic Process Automation
- Evaluate RPA tools and provide recommendations
- Support pre-sales activities and provide technical solutions, effort estimation, and delivery strategy
- Assist sales team as needed to provide customer technical win by acting as technical advisor to customers
- Lead a team of developers through project completion
- Define complexity of the process in terms of Robotic Process Automation delivery
- Develop/Review Detail Process Description – PDD (Process Description Document)
- Develop/Review detailed SDD (Solution Design Document)
- Deliver demos, technical trainings, and support for new/existing customers
- Periodically review & keep updated (after due approvals) the RPA Development Standards.
- Define and implement the RPA Support Process.
- Define & implement the RPA Migration/Deployment Process.
- Maintain Bot Library.
Skills Required:
- Hands on experience & certification in at least 2 RPA tools (Ui Path, Automate Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate etc.)
- Extensive experience in customer facing roles, gathering business requirements, and designing RPA solutions
- Architecting enterprise level RPA solutions involving multiple systems, sub-systems, and ERP, CRM, Finance applications
- Experience with customer interaction and software development lifecycle, as well as Agile project management methodology
- Programming languages: knowledge of Python, SQL , .Net preferred
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
